Ingredients

• Telmisartan

Direction

Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food. Tablets should be taken at the same time each day for best results.

• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Back pain
• Sinusitis
• Diarrhea
• Fatigue
• Upper respiratory tract infection

Precautions

• Contraindicated during pregnancy (fetal toxicity)
• Risk of hyperkalemia (high potassium)
• Monitor renal function and electrolytes
• Use caution with liver impairment
• Avoid use with aliskiren in diabetics
