Indication
- Prophylactic treatment of angina pectoris - Symptomatic treatment of stable angina - Add-on therapy for ischemic heart disease
Ingredients
- Trimetazidine
Direction
Take one tablet orally twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, during meals.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Rash
- Parkinsonian symptoms
Precautions
- Not for acute angina attacks
- Contraindicated in Parkinson's disease
- Avoid in severe renal impairment
- Monitor for new movement disorders
- Not recommended during pregnancy
