Indication
- Prophylaxis of angina pectoris - Long-term treatment of coronary insufficiency - Add-on therapy for symptomatic angina
Ingredients
- Trimetazidine dihydrochloride
Direction
Take one capsule orally once daily in the morning during breakfast. Swallow the capsule whole without crushing or chewing.
Side effects
- Dizziness and headache
- Gastric pain or nausea
- Parkinsonian symptoms (tremor
- rigidity)
- Skin rash or itching
- Orthostatic hypotension
Precautions
- Not for treating acute angina attacks
- Contraindicated in Parkinson's disease
- Avoid in severe renal impairment
- May cause or worsen movement disorders
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
