Indication
- Lower respiratory tract infections - Otitis media and sinusitis - Skin and soft tissue infections - Urinary tract infections - Dental abscesses and infections
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium
Direction
Take orally at the start of a meal. Usually taken twice or three times daily as prescribed.
Side effects
- Diarrhea or loose stools
- Nausea and vomiting
- Skin rash or itching
- Oral or vaginal yeast infection
Precautions
- History of penicillin allergy
- Previous jaundice with this medicine
- Monitor liver and kidney function
- Risk of severe diarrhea (C. diff)
