Indication

Prevention of vitamin D and fluoride deficiency in infants when prescribed.

Ingredients

• Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 300 IU per drop
• Sodium fluoride 0.138 mg
• equivalent to fluoride 0.0625 mg per drop

Direction

Give orally exactly as directed by a physician using the supplied dropper.

Side effects

• Excess dosing may cause nausea
