Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Angina pectoris - Chronic heart failure - Cardiac arrhythmias - Maintenance after myocardial infarction - Migraine prophylaxis
Ingredients
- Metoprolol succinate
Direction
Take orally once daily, preferably in the morning. Swallow the tablet whole or divided, but do not crush or chew it.
Side effects
- Fatigue and tiredness
- Dizziness or headache
- Cold hands and feet
- Slow heart rate
- Nausea or stomach pain
Precautions
- Do not stop abruptly
- May mask hypoglycemia symptoms
- Caution in asthma or COPD
- Risk of bradycardia
- Consult doctor if pregnant
