Oracortia Dental Paste 5 g 0.1%

Indication

For the treatment of acute and chronic oral lesions, including the temporary relief of symptoms associated with oral inflammatory and ulcerative lesions.

Ingredients

• Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1%

Direction

Apply a small amount to the lesion without rubbing it in, using a thin film, until a smooth slippery film develops. Apply two or three times a day, preferably after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

Side effects

• Local burning
• stinging
• irritation or an allergic reaction may occur
• prolonged use may cause thinning of the oral mucosa or secondary infection. Stop use and consult a doctor
• dentist or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Do not use if there is an untreated oral infection. Do not swallow large amounts. Stop use and consult a doctor
• dentist or pharmacist if the lesion does not heal
• worsens
• or if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
