Panadol 500 mg

Indication

For the relief of mild to moderate pain and the reduction of fever, including headache, backache, toothache, period pain, muscular aches, sore throat and the symptoms of cold and flu.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over: one or two tablets every four to six hours as required, up to a maximum of eight tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose. Gentle on the stomach even if taken before a meal.

Side effects

• Side effects are rare at the recommended dose but may include skin rash
• allergic reaction or blood disorders. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not take with any other paracetamol
• containing product. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant
• breastfeeding
• or if you have liver or kidney disease. Stop use and seek immediate medical advice in case of overdose
• even if you feel well.
