Indication

Children's cold remedy for the relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as cough, nasal congestion, headache and body malaise.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen 1000 mg
• Dextromethorphan HBr 50 mg
• DL
• Methylephedrine HCl 62.5 mg
• Chlorpheniramine maleate 8.3 mg
• Guaifenesin 233.3 mg
• Anhydrous caffeine 133.3 mg (per 100 mL)

Direction

Give by mouth according to the age bands printed on the package, usually after meals. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not for patients with liver or kidney insufficiency or angle-closure glaucoma.

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth
• dizziness
• blurred vision or an allergic reaction such as rash may occur. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery after taking it
• and avoid alcohol. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant
