Starcef Cefixime Dry Syrup 100 mg / 5 mL, 30 mL

Indication

Oral cephalosporin antibiotic for susceptible infections of the respiratory tract, ear, throat and urinary tract. On medical prescription only.

Ingredients

• Cefixime trihydrate equivalent to cefixime 100 mg per 5 mL

Direction

For reconstitution of the dry syrup, add 10 mL of water and shake for 30 seconds, then add 10 mL more water and shake again for 30 seconds. Shake well before use. After reconstitution the syrup may be kept for 7 days at room temperature or under refrigeration without significant loss of potency; keep tightly closed and discard the unused portion after 7 days.
