Indication

Combination of an angiotensin II receptor antagonist and a thiazide diuretic for the treatment of high blood pressure in patients not adequately controlled on either agent alone.

Ingredients

• Losartan potassium USP 50 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide BP 12.5 mg

Direction

Use as directed by the physician, usually one tablet once daily. For more doses, please read the enclosed leaflet. Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light.
