Amox P.P.M 500 mg 500 mg

Indication

Treatment of bacterial infections due to sensitive micro-organisms: respiratory tract infections, ear-nose-throat infections, mouth infections, genitourinary tract infections, digestive infections, biliary tract infections, septicaemia and endocarditis infections.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin trihydrate equivalent to amoxicillin 500 mg per capsule

Direction

Children under 30 months: 50 to 100 mg/kg/day divided into 3 doses at intervals of 8 hours. Children over 30 months: 25 to 50 mg/kg/day divided into 2 or 3 doses without exceeding 3 g per day. Adults: 1 to 2 g per day, divided into 2 to 3 doses. The dosage may be varied according to the severity of the disease.

Side effects
