Indication

For the treatment of moderate to severe pain that is not relieved by paracetamol alone. Prescription only medicine.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Codeine 30 mg

Direction

Take by mouth exactly as prescribed by the physician; respect the prescribed doses. Do not take with another medicine containing paracetamol. Overdose is dangerous. Do not use in pregnant women unless no therapeutic alternative is available.

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth
• dizziness
• blurred vision or an allergic reaction such as rash may occur. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery after taking it
• and avoid alcohol. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant
• breastfeeding or giving it to a young child. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or an allergic reaction occurs.
