Indication

For the treatment of magnesium deficiency, either isolated or associated, with symptoms such as nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, fatigue, muscle cramps and tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg (equivalent to magnesium 48 mg)
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg (per film
• coated tablet)

Direction

Take by mouth with a glass of water as directed by the physician; usually 6 tablets per day for adults, in 2 to 3 divided doses. Store below 30°C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Side effects

• Side effects may include nausea
