Indication

Antitussive used for the symptomatic treatment of dry, irritating cough in adults.

Ingredients

• Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 19.50 mg (corresponding to 15.22 mg codeine) per coated tablet

Direction

Oral route. Read the leaflet before use. Respect the prescribed doses. Prescription only medicine. Do not use in pregnant women unless no therapeutic alternative is available. Do not drive without having read the leaflet. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth
• dizziness
• blurred vision or an allergic reaction such as rash may occur. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery after taking it
• and avoid alcohol. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant
