Indication

Multi-action tablet for cough, cold, flu and fever, relieving nasal congestion, cough, allergic symptoms, headache and fever.

Ingredients

• Phenylephrine hydrochloride BP 5 mg
• Paracetamol BP 500 mg
• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide BP 10 mg
• Cetirizine hydrochloride BP 5 mg (per uncoated tablet)

Direction

As directed by the physician. Store below 30°C. Protect from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

• dizziness
• blurred vision or an allergic reaction such as rash may occur. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.

Precautions
