Calcibone Calcium - Canada 10 mL ampoule

Indication

Oral solution supplementing calcium and vitamins for the body. Helps to prevent and improve symptoms of calcium deficiency in children in developmental age, adults, pregnant and breast-feeding women, and the elderly at risk of osteoporosis. For oral administration only — do not inject.

Ingredients

• Calcium lactate gluconate 400 mg
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100 mg
• Vitamin PP (nicotinamide) 7.5 mg (per 10 mL ampoule)

Direction

Children 2 to 7 years: take 10 mL each time, once or twice daily. Children over 7 years and adults: take 10 to 20 mL each time, once or twice daily. Break one pointed tip of the ampoule, reverse and hold upright the ampoule above a glass, then break the other pointed tip and pour the solution into a glass. Dispose of the ampoule after use. Store in a cool and dry place, below 30°C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Side effects

• Mild stomach upset or an allergic reaction may occur in sensitive individuals. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.
