Newhem 10 mL ampoule

Indication

Anti-anaemic and anti-asthenic oral solution. Iron deficiency anaemia related to pregnancy, during the post-partum period or lactation, and in association with parasitic infestation; iron-deficiency anaemia; physical asthenia related to convalescence or intellectual overwork. Do not use for injection.

Ingredients

• Ferrous gluconate 200 mg
• Manganese gluconate 1.33 mg
• Copper gluconate 0.70 mg (per 10 mL ampoule)

Direction

Adults: 2 to 5 ampoules per day, for 2 to 4 weeks. Children: 1 to 2 ampoules per day, for 2 to 4 weeks. Infants: 1 ampoule every other day, for 2 to 4 weeks. Store in a hermetic container protected from light at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children. Read the dosage and administration carefully before using.

Side effects

• Mild stomach upset or an allergic reaction may occur in sensitive individuals. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.
