Chlorphe-Ephac 4 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of various allergic manifestations: hay fever, non-seasonal coryza, spasmodic tracheitis, laryngitis, conjunctivitis, allergic manifestations of alimentary, medicinal or parasitic origin, and urticaria.

Ingredients

• Chlorphenamine maleate 4 mg per tablet

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet, 2 to 3 times per day. Children from 30 months to 15 years: half a tablet, 2 to 3 times per day. Store at a temperature below 30°C, protected from light and humidity. Do not leave within the reach of children. May cause drowsiness.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth
• dizziness
• blurred vision or an allergic reaction such as rash may occur. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery after taking it
• and avoid alcohol. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant
• breastfeeding or giving it to a young child. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or an allergic reaction occurs.
