Omeprazole GPO 20 mg 20 mg

Indication

Antiulcerant proton pump inhibitor for duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux oesophagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Ingredients

• Omeprazole 20 mg per capsule

Direction

Oral administration. Duodenal ulcer: 1 capsule in the morning for 2 to 4 weeks. Gastric ulcer and reflux oesophagitis: 1 capsule in the morning for 4 to 8 weeks. Patients refractory to other regimens: 40 mg once daily for 4 weeks in patients with duodenal ulcer and in 8 weeks in patients with gastric ulcer. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: initially 60 mg once daily or as directed by the physician. Warning: safety and efficacy in children younger than 2 years of age have not been established. Store below 30°C.
