Indication

Health supplement. Electrolytes powder, superior to water for rapid hydration. For the replacement of water and electrolytes lost through sweating, diarrhoea or vomiting.

Ingredients

• Electrolytes powder — sodium chloride
• potassium chloride
• sodium citrate and glucose (per sachet)

Direction

Oral route. Dissolve one sachet in a glass of clean drinking water and drink. Store at a temperature below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Side effects

• Mild stomach upset or an allergic reaction may occur in sensitive individuals. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.
