Indication

Substitution therapy for essential hypertension and/or stable coronary artery disease in adults already controlled with perindopril and amlodipine taken together at the same dose levels.

Ingredients

• Perindopril arginine 5 mg
• Amlodipine 5 mg (as amlodipine besilate)

Direction

Take one tablet once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal, exactly as prescribed by the doctor.

Side effects

• Possible effects include headache
• dizziness
• sleepiness
• flushing
• cough
• nausea
• abdominal pain
• and ankle swelling. Seek urgent help for swelling of the face or throat
• severe dizziness
• chest pain
• or a severe skin reaction.

Precautions

• Prescription only. Do not use during pregnancy. Tell the doctor about kidney or liver disease
• heart failure
• low blood pressure
• prior angioedema
• and all other medicines
• especially potassium products and medicines that affect blood pressure.
