Indication

Prescription topical combination for inflammatory skin infection when the causative organisms are susceptible and a physician considers the combination appropriate.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin 0.75% w/w
• Ornidazole 2% w/w
• Terbinafine hydrochloride 1% w/w
• Clobetasol propionate 0.05% w/w

Direction

Apply externally only in the amount, frequency, and duration directed by the prescribing physician.

Side effects

• Burning

• redness
• irritation
• or allergic skin reaction may occur.
• Prolonged or excessive corticosteroid use may thin the skin or worsen infection.

Precautions

• Prescription medicine containing a very potent topical corticosteroid
• do not self
• treat or use longer than prescribed.
• Avoid eyes
• face
• mucous membranes
• broken skin
• large areas
• and occlusive dressings unless the doctor directs otherwise.
