Indication

Antiplatelet treatment to reduce recurrent heart attack or clot-related stroke risk in selected patients with cardiovascular disease, only when directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

• Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) 81 mg per gastro
• resistant tablet

Direction

Swallow the gastro-resistant tablet whole with water during or after food. Use the dose and duration prescribed by a healthcare professional; do not crush or chew.

Side effects

• Indigestion
• stomach pain
• easy bruising
• or prolonged bleeding may occur
• seek urgent care for vomiting blood
• black stools
• wheezing
• severe allergy
• or signs of internal bleeding.

Precautions

• Daily aspirin is not suitable for everyone and can cause serious bleeding
