Indication

Nutritional support for women during perimenopause and during and after menopause, with nutrients supporting normal bones and hormonal activity.

Direction

Take two tablets daily with or immediately after the main meal on a full stomach. Swallow with water or a cold drink, not tea or coffee; do not chew or exceed the recommended intake.

Side effects

• No known side effects when taken as directed
• nausea or digestive upset can occur if taken without a full meal. Seek advice after overdose.

Precautions

• Contains soya and iron and is made at a site that may handle nuts or peanuts
• not suitable for people allergic to these ingredients.
