Systane Ultra Polyethylene glycol 400 0.4% + Propylene glycol 0.3%

Indication

Temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dry eye; may also rewet compatible soft contact lenses for minor irritation, discomfort or blurring.

Ingredients

• Polyethylene glycol 400 0.4%
• Propylene glycol 0.3%

Direction

Shake well and instill one or two drops in the affected eye as needed. It may be used before and during contact-lens wear or after lens removal. Discard 6 months after opening.

Side effects

• Temporary blurred vision or mild stinging may occur.

Precautions

• For use in the eyes only. Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy
• and do not touch the dropper tip to surfaces.
• Stop and consult an eye
• care professional if eye pain
• vision changes
• excessive tearing
• persistent redness or irritation occurs
• or if symptoms worsen or last more than 72 hours.
