Indication

Nutritional support for normal red blood-cell and haemoglobin formation, oxygen transport, energy release, and reduction of tiredness associated with inadequate iron intake.

Ingredients

• Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 24 mg
• Zinc 12 mg
• Copper 2000 µg
• Folic acid 500 µg
• Vitamin B12 10 µg
• Vitamin B6 5 mg

Direction

Take one capsule daily with the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink; do not chew, do not exceed the recommended intake, and take only on a full stomach.

Side effects

• Mild stomach upset
