Ofrivid-DX Ofloxacin 0.3% / Dexamethasone phosphate 0.05%

Indication

Antibacterial and corticosteroid eye or ear drops for susceptible infection with inflammation, as directed by a physician.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin USP 0.3% w/v
• Dexamethasone sodium phosphate USP equivalent to dexamethasone phosphate 0.05% w/v
• Benzalkonium chloride solution 0.02% w/v as preservative

Direction

Instill 2–3 drops every 2–3 hours or use exactly as directed by a physician. For external use only; not for injection. Use within one month after opening.

Side effects

• Local stinging
• irritation or allergic reaction may occur
• stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if these occur.

Precautions

• Prescription medicine. Avoid touching the dropper tip and discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation develops.
• Use within one month after opening.
