Indication

Short-term relief of pain and inflammation associated with postoperative or traumatic swelling, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, acute gout, and dental or ENT inflammation.

Ingredients

• Serratiopeptidase 10 mg (20

• Diclofenac potassium 50 mg
• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

Take 1 tablet three times daily after meals, or exactly as directed by a clinician.

Side effects

• dizziness
• or vomiting may occur.
• Stop and seek care for gastrointestinal bleeding
• severe rash or allergy
• chest pain
• or signs of liver or kidney injury.

Precautions

• Use cautiously with a history of gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding
• inflammatory bowel disease
• or severe heart
• liver
• or kidney impairment.
• Do not combine with other diclofenac
• paracetamol
• or NSAID products
• tell the clinician about anticoagulants and other medicines.
