Indication
Daily multivitamin and mineral supplementation to support normal energy metabolism when dietary intake is inadequate.
Ingredients
- Per tablet: vitamin C 80 mg
- niacin 16 mg
- vitamin E 12 mg
- pantothenic acid 6 mg
- vitamin B6 1.4 mg
- vitamin B2 1.4 mg
- vitamin B1 1.1 mg
- folic acid 200 mcg
- biotin 50 mcg
- vitamin D 5 mcg
- vitamin B12 2.5 mcg
- calcium 150 mg
- magnesium 100 mg and zinc 15 mg
Direction
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water and drink once daily.
Side effects
- May cause mild stomach upset
- nausea
- diarrhea or an allergic reaction.
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet.
