Indication

Vitamin and mineral supplementation to support normal energy release and mental performance.

• Per tablet: vitamin B1 15 mg
• B2 15 mg
• B5 23 mg
• B6 10 mg
• biotin 150 mcg
• B12 10 mcg
• vitamin C 500 mg
• nicotinamide 50 mg
• folic acid 400 mcg
• calcium 100 mg
• magnesium 100 mg and zinc 10 mg

Direction

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200 mL water once daily, preferably in the morning.

• headache or bright
• yellow urine
• allergic reactions are possible.

Precautions

• Do not exceed one tablet daily. Contains aspartame and a source of phenylalanine
