Indication

Prescription treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and other acid-related conditions as diagnosed by a physician.

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole 40 mg (as esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate)

Direction

Use exactly as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew or crush. It may instead be dispersed in non-carbonated water according to the leaflet.

Side effects

• Headache
• abdominal pain
• constipation
• diarrhea
• gas
• nausea
• or vomiting may occur.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to esomeprazole
• other proton
• pump inhibitors
• or any ingredient.
• Do not take with nelfinavir.
• Seek medical advice for unexplained weight loss
• repeated vomiting
• difficulty swallowing
• or gastrointestinal bleeding.
