Vitamin C + Zinc 1000 mg / 10 mg

Indication

Dietary supplementation with vitamin C and zinc.

Ingredients

• Vitamin C 1000 mg per effervescent tablet
• Zinc 10 mg per effervescent tablet

Direction

Adults: dissolve one tablet in about 200 mL of warm or cool drinking water and drink after meals, once daily. Do not swallow the tablet undissolved.

Side effects

• Nausea
• stomach cramps
• diarrhoea or a metallic taste may occur
• especially with excessive intake.
• Stop use and seek advice if an allergic reaction occurs.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose or combine with other high
• dose vitamin C or zinc supplements without advice.
