Indication
Treatment of susceptible dermatophyte fungal infections of the skin, hair, and nails when prescribed by a clinician.
Ingredients
- Griseofulvin 500 mg
Direction
For oral use. Take only at the dose and for the duration prescribed; absorption is improved when taken with food containing some fat.
Side effects
- Headache
- nausea
- stomach upset
- diarrhea
- rash
- or photosensitivity may occur
- seek care for severe rash
- allergy
- or liver symptoms.
Precautions
- Prescription medicine. Do not use during pregnancy or with severe liver disease
- discuss contraception
