Indication

Treatment of susceptible mixed bacterial and protozoal infections when prescribed by a physician.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin 200 mg
• Ornidazole 500 mg

Direction

Take only in the dose and for the duration prescribed by a physician. Complete the prescribed course.

Side effects

• Nausea
• stomach discomfort
• diarrhea
• dizziness
• headache
• or an allergic reaction may occur.

Precautions

• Prescription medicine. Avoid alcohol during treatment and for at least three days afterward. Seek medical advice for tendon pain
