Indication
Helps loosen thick bronchial secretions in acute bronchial conditions such as acute bronchitis or acute exacerbations of chronic bronchopulmonary disease.
Ingredients
- Bromhexine hydrochloride 4 mg
Direction
Adults: 2–4 tablets three times daily. Children: 0.5 mg/kg/day. Swallow with water; do not use longer than 8–10 days without medical advice.
Side effects
- Nausea
- stomach discomfort
- headache
- dizziness
- rash or allergic reactions may occur.
Precautions
- Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen
- use in children only with appropriate weight
- based guidance.
