Indication

Vitamin and mineral supplementation, especially during pregnancy, lactation and convalescence.

Ingredients

• Vitamins A
• B1
• B2
• B6
• B12
• C and D
• Nicotinamide and calcium pantothenate
• Dicalcium phosphate and calcium
• DHA and omega
• 3 phospholipids
• Folic acid 0.4 mg
• Ferrous fumarate 250 mg
• Copper sulfate and manganese sulfate

Direction

Take 1 capsule daily after a meal.

Side effects

• Nausea
• stomach discomfort
• constipation or dark stools may occur because of iron.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose. During pregnancy or breastfeeding
• confirm suitability and total vitamin A and iron intake with a clinician
