Indication

Prevention or treatment of iron and nutritional deficiency anaemia when advised by a healthcare professional, including increased requirements in pregnancy.

Ingredients

• Ferrous fumarate 350 mg
• Cyanocobalamin 5 mcg
• Folic acid 1 mg
• Ascorbic acid 75 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.5 mg
• Zinc sulfate monohydrate 55 mg

Direction

One capsule daily after meals or as prescribed by a doctor.

Side effects

• abdominal discomfort
• constipation
• diarrhea
• dark stools
• or allergic reactions may occur.

Precautions

• Keep away from children because iron overdose is dangerous. Seek advice during pregnancy and separate from medicines whose absorption may be affected by iron or zinc.
