Indication

Medical termination of an intrauterine pregnancy within the approved gestational limit as part of appropriate abortion care.

Ingredients

• Mifepristone 200 mg (1 tablet)
• Misoprostol 200 mcg (4 tablets)

Direction

Use only after confirming pregnancy location and gestational age and following a qualified clinician or locally authorized abortion-care protocol. The pack contains staged mifepristone then misoprostol dosing; read the leaflet and ensure access to follow-up and emergency care.

Side effects

• Cramping
• vaginal bleeding
• nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhea
• chills
• fever
• headache or dizziness commonly occur
• hemorrhage
• infection or incomplete abortion can require urgent treatment.

Precautions

• Do not use for suspected ectopic pregnancy. Medical assessment is required for contraindications
• interactions and gestational eligibility. Seek urgent care for very heavy or prolonged bleeding
• fainting
• severe persistent pain
• fever or feeling very unwell.
