Paralmax Forte Paracetamol 500 mg + Ibuprofen 200 mg + Caffeine 20 mg

Indication

Relief of mild to moderately severe musculoskeletal pain, tension headache, menstrual pain, toothache, pain after tooth extraction or minor surgery, and reduction of fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Ibuprofen 200 mg
• Caffeine 20 mg

Direction

Adults: take 1–2 tablets up to three times daily with food, leaving at least 6 hours between doses. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Nausea
• indigestion
• abdominal discomfort
• dizziness or headache may occur.
• Stop and seek urgent care for gastrointestinal bleeding
• severe rash
• facial swelling
• breathing difficulty
• chest pain or signs of liver injury.

Precautions

• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest necessary time
• consult a clinician if symptoms persist or worsen or treatment is needed for more than 3 days.
• Do not combine with other paracetamol
• containing products or NSAIDs
• avoid excess caffeine and seek medical advice before use with ulcers

• pregnancy or breastfeeding.
