Indication

For severe recalcitrant nodular acne that has not responded to conventional treatment, including systemic antibiotics, in non-pregnant patients aged 12 years and older.

Direction

Prescription specialist treatment. Take exactly as prescribed, swallow capsules whole with a full glass of liquid, and complete all required pregnancy testing and monitoring.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in pregnancy because it can cause life
• threatening birth defects. Use only under strict specialist monitoring
• do not donate blood
• take vitamin A supplements or use tetracycline antibiotics unless the prescriber approves.
