Indication

Helps prevent cavities and gingivitis, reduce plaque, tartar, sensitivity and bad breath, protect enamel, and remove surface stains.

Ingredients

• Stannous fluoride 0.454% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion)

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and older: apply at least a 1-inch strip to a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice daily, morning and evening, or as recommended by a dentist. Do not swallow. Children under 12: consult a dentist.

Side effects

• Stannous fluoride toothpaste may cause surface staining of teeth. Stop use and ask a dentist if sensitivity
• gingivitis
• bleeding or redness persists or worsens
• or if painful or swollen gums
• pus
• loose teeth or widening spaces occur.

Precautions

• When using for sensitivity
• do not use longer than 4 weeks unless recommended by a dentist. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for brushing is swallowed
• get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
