Indication

- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Erosive esophagitis - Gastric and duodenal ulcers - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - H. pylori eradication (adjunct therapy)

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole

Direction

Take one tablet orally once daily, usually at least one hour before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.

Side effects

• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Nausea
• Abdominal pain
• Flatulence
• Dry mouth

Precautions

• Severe liver disease
• May mask symptoms of stomach cancer
• Risk of bone fractures (long
• term)
• Monitor magnesium levels during prolonged use
• Potential Vitamin B12 deficiency
