Indication
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Gastric and duodenal ulcers - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - Acid-related dyspepsia symptoms - Heartburn and acid regurgitation
Ingredients
- Omeprazole
Direction
Take orally once daily, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. Swallow the capsule whole with water.
Side effects
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Nausea and vomiting
- Flatulence
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to proton pump inhibitors
- May mask gastric malignancy symptoms
- Risk of bone fractures long
- term
- Low magnesium levels with prolonged use
