Indication

Adjunct to diet and exercise to improve blood glucose control in adults with type 2 diabetes when prescribed.

Ingredients

• Sitagliptin 50 mg
• Metformin hydrochloride 500 mg

Direction

Take with meals exactly as prescribed by a doctor; swallow with water.

Side effects

• Diarrhea
• nausea
• abdominal discomfort
• headache
• low blood sugar with some other medicines
• or rare lactic acidosis may occur.

Precautions
