Indication

Supports increased nutritional needs before conception and during pregnancy, including neural-tube, iron and fetal growth support.

Ingredients

• vitamins B1 1.4 mg
• B2 1.4 mg

• B5 6 mg
• B6 1.9 mg
• biotin 30 mcg
• B12 2.6 mcg
• vitamin C 85 mg
• vitamin E 18.7 mg
• calcium 125 mg
• copper 1 mg
• magnesium 100 mg
• manganese 1.9 mg
• selenium 50 mcg and zinc 11 mg.

Direction

Take one whole tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal, from at least four weeks before conception and throughout pregnancy.
