Indication

Traditional herbal medicine used to relieve mild symptoms of stress and promote sleep in adults and adolescents 12 years and older.

Ingredients

• Valerian dry root extract 50 mg
• Passionflower dry aerial
• part extract 40 mg
• Hawthorn dry flowering
• top extract 10 mg
• Black horehound dry flowering
• top extract 10 mg

Direction

For mild stress: adults take 1–2 tablets three times daily; adolescents 12 years and older take 1 tablet three times daily. For sleep: adults take 1 tablet with the evening meal and 1 at bedtime; adolescents take 1 with the evening meal. Swallow whole with water.

Side effects

• Digestive disorders and allergic skin reactions may occur
