Indication

Powdered drink for replacing fluids and electrolytes during or after physical activity.

Ingredients

• Per 10 g sachet: sodium 180 mg
• potassium 35 mg
• chloride 245 mg
• vitamin C 100 mg
• carbohydrate 8 g and sugars 7 g
• with added vitamins.

Direction

Empty one sachet into a glass, add 200 ml cold water, stir well and add ice if desired.

Side effects
