Indication
Powdered drink for replacing fluids and electrolytes during or after physical activity.
Ingredients
- Per 10 g sachet: sodium 180 mg
- potassium 35 mg
- chloride 245 mg
- vitamin C 100 mg
- carbohydrate 8 g and sugars 7 g
- with added vitamins.
Direction
Empty one sachet into a glass, add 200 ml cold water, stir well and add ice if desired.
Side effects
- May cause stomach discomfort in sensitive users
- excessive intake adds sugar and sodium.
Precautions
- Use as a beverage
- not as treatment for severe dehydration. People restricting sugar
- sodium or potassium should seek professional advice.
