Trankal Capsules Indomethacin 25 mg

Indication

Short-term relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders when prescribed.

Ingredients

• Each capsule contains indomethacin 25 mg
• thiamine 50 mg
• pyridoxine 25 mg
• vitamin B12 100 micrograms and magnesium trisilicate 100 mg.

Direction

Package states one capsule 3–4 times daily after food when required. Use only under a clinician's direction and at the lowest effective dose.

Side effects

• May cause indigestion
• nausea
• stomach ulcer or bleeding
• dizziness
• headache
• kidney problems
• swelling
• raised blood pressure or allergic reaction.

Precautions

• Prescription/poison medicine. Avoid with NSAID allergy
• active ulcer or bleeding
• severe kidney/heart disease
• and late pregnancy. Do not combine with other NSAIDs
• seek urgent help for bleeding or breathing difficulty.
